I will always appreciate and never forget how much and for how long Mr Day helped me and supported me. The School camps were brilliant, educational but hilariously funny too. I'm so grateful we were able to catch up last month. It didn't matter what sort of person, attitude or ability a student had, with patience he taught, listened, comforted, advised, supported, inspired and encouraged. There are few who have such an impact on lives, such prescence and are respected by so many. They broke the mould, there will never be another like John Day. My thoughts and deepest sympathies are with all your family and friends. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Rest in Peace Sir. Thank you x❤
